Glenn Kenna is a skilled trial attorney and advocate for injured victim’s rights in Curtis Legal Group’s Sacramento office. Glenn joined the Curtis Legal Group so that he could fight for victims of personal injury accidents. Glenn understands how confusing and difficult it can be for personal injury accident victims to work with insurance companies and those responsible for their injuries. It is a battle that can’t be won without a good attorney at his or her side.
Glenn’s experience makes him uniquely qualified to help accident victims navigate the complicated insurance world. Glenn started his career representing insurance companies, both providing advice on when they should cover a claim and defending them in lawsuits brought by their own insureds. He understands how insurance companies operate, how they think, and what their goals are. Glenn knows what the insurance companies are required to do at all stages of a claim, and he is not afraid to go after the insurance companies when they fail to do what they are required to do. Glenn has litigated cases in both California State and Federal Courts.
In addition to Glenn’s experience in the insurance world, Glenn worked in his law school’s Community Law Center Clinic where he represented low-income individuals in family court. Glenn is especially proud of his work helping parents of developmentally-disabled adults get legal guardianship over their children.
Glenn was born and raised in Pasadena, California. In 2010, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Colorado State University. In 2015, Glenn graduated in the top 10% of his class from Loyola Chicago School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Glenn earned CALI awards (top grade in a class) in Insurance Law, Community Law Center I, and Community Law Center II. Glenn was also admitted to the Alpha Sigma Nu Jesuit Honor Society, an honor only conferred on 4% of each graduating class based on academic merit and a demonstrated record of service and loyalty to the Jesuit ideals of education.
Glenn is admitted to practice law in both California and Illinois.
When he isn’t representing clients, he enjoys gardening, Kayaking, and traveling with his wife Emily and their dog Buddy. He is also an avid fisherman.
