Eric I. Gutierrez enjoys his work as a personal injury attorney. Eric understands that the client has not only been physically and emotionally injured but that the client has also been overwhelmed by the legal system.
Eric understands the nuances of personal injury cases and takes the time to develop each case to obtain maximum value. From the first time Eric meets with his client, he takes the time to listen carefully and understand the client’s situation. Eric understands his clients are victims and he makes sure they get just compensation for their injuries.
Eric has been an attorney since 2005. Eric generally handles motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability cases (trip and fall and slip and fall cases), wrongful death, dog bite, medical malpractice and product liability cases. Eric has great legal research skills and works diligently on all his cases. Additionally, Eric has developed effective negotiating skills and fights for his clients’ rights.
Eric graduated from the University of Pacific in 1998, earning his degree in political science. He graduated, with distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005 and is also a member of the Traynor Honor Society. While at McGeorge Eric worked at the Victims of Crime Resource Center assisting victims throughout the State of California.
