Pablo Tagre is a graduate of Harvard Law School. He joined Curtis Legal Group in September 2009 after practicing law in Los Angeles and Sacramento, California. Mr. Tagre draws from a wide range of experience, including work with the Securities and Exchange Commission in New York City, the California State Senate, private business entities, and school districts and other public agencies throughout the state.

Mr. Tagre is a member of the firm's Education, Employment and Business Law practice groups. As part of his practice, he has represented public agencies in labor and employment matters, including Skelly procedures, all matters pertaining to bargaining unit contract negotiations and interpretation, and employment litigation defense. Mr. Tagre has counseled California public school districts in all aspects of education law, including special education, merit system administration, and student discipline. He also advises the firm's private sector clients with regard to corporate formation and dissolution, business finance, including purchase and sale of securities, complex business transactions and litigation, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Tagre is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court for the Eastern Districts of California, and is a member of the State Bar of California, the Stanislaus County Bar Association, and the California Council of School Attorneys. He is also involved in community organizations such as being a  trustee in the McHenry Mansion Foundation, a director of the Latino Business Association, and a member of Civitan. Mr. Tagre is fluent in Spanish.
