Attorney Richard J. Sordello, Jr. is a shareholder in Curtis Legal Group who works primarily in litigation, particularly in the areas of insurance litigation, personal injury, employment litigation, public entity, and construction defect litigation.

Rich received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Davis in 1986 and his J.D. from the same school in 1991. He joined Curtis Legal Group in 1991.

He has spent the majority of his legal career preparing for and going to trial representing both individuals and public entities. He also has extensive experience in bringing legal disputes to resolution through alternative dispute resolution, both mediation and arbitration. With his extensive trial experience, Mr.Sordello is well prepared to lead any client through this difficult process, while at the same time working as a team member with the other attorneys in the firm.

Rich is a member of the State Bar of California and the Stanislaus Country Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before all courts in California and the United States District Court, Eastern District of California. He is the past president of the Patterson Rotary Club. He is located in both our Modesto and Patterson offices.
