Ralph Curtis has spent more than 35 years representing clients involved in litigation before various courts in California. He has handled hundreds of personal injury cases arising out of all types of accidents including cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, buses, airplanes and trains. He has handled cases involving defective products and dangerous conditions on property and has acted as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants. He has experience handling cases involving business disputes as well as employment issues such as wrongful termination for both employers and employees. He also counsels business owners.  Mr.Curtis is an approved arbitrator and mediator.

Mr. Curtis graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. from St. Mary's College in 1970 and received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, in 1974. In 2006, he successfully completed a course entitled Mediation: The Art of Facilitating Settlement, by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Mr. Curtis has great respect for our system of justice, which has been the cornerstone of our free society. Today, helping his clients work through their problems and when necessary, advocating for them in court is what gives him the most satisfaction.

Mr. Curtis is the Chief Executive Officer of Curtis Legal Group. He is a member of the California State Bar and the Stanislaus County Bar Association, in addition to the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). He is a founding member of the Wray F. Ladine American Inn of Court. His community involvement includes: Member and Past President, Ceres Rotary Club; Member and Past Chairperson, Stanislaus Economic Development and Workforce Alliance Board of Directors; Member, Salvation Army Advisory Board; Chairman of the Board of Directors, Modesto Chamber of Commerce; Chairman, St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Parish Council; Member, County Health Services Agency Board of Directors.
